IMPORTANT Notes for potential bidders:
*PLEASE DO NOT add any additional equipment, licenses, or services to the above equipment list. *Vendors should NOT bid Cisco Smartnet Services. *Bids will not be accepted for non-Cisco or "Cisco compatible" equipment. *Freight, shipping, and handling MUST be included in the total price of your quote to be considered.
Vendors shall certify that they are an authorized Cisco Channel Partner as of the date of the submission of their offer and that they have the certification/specialization required by Cisco to support both the product sale and pricing in accordance with Cisco's requirements.
Unless otherwise specified, vendors shall warrant that Cisco products are new in its original box – in accordance with all the applicable laws and policies at the time of purchase.
The vendor confirms to have sourced from Cisco or through Cisco's authorized channel sales only.
