Cisco Equipment - Sommerset 2 Site

Wake County’s IT Department is soliciting bids for Cisco equipment to be installed at the Somerset 2 Building Site, with all proposals required to be submitted through the official Bonfire pricing sheet BT-16YM; submissions via Excel or partial bids will be rejected. The equipment must be delivered to the Wake County Office Building at 337 S. Salisbury St., Raleigh, NC 27601, attn: Robert Skinner, and bidders must include all freight, shipping, and handling costs in their quoted totals. Only original Cisco equipment is acceptable—no third-party, compatible, or non-Cisco items will be considered, and vendors are strictly prohibited from adding any extra equipment, licenses, or services beyond what is listed. Cisco SmartNet maintenance services must not be included in any bid. Vendors must be current, authorized Cisco Channel Partners at the time of submission and hold the necessary Cisco certifications to legally support the sale and pricing of the requested products. All Cisco hardware must be new, original, and in sealed manufacturer packaging, sourced exclusively through Cisco or its authorized sales channels. Vendors are required to warrant that all Cisco software included is legitimately licensed directly to Wake County as the original end user and must, upon request, provide a copy of the corresponding end user license agreement. Bids must be submitted by July 10, 2026, and the solicitation is issued under reference number 26-074, with all responses directed through the designated Bonfire portal.
