The current Citrix Virtual Delivery Agent (VDA) Servers utilize an outdated version of Windows 2016, which is now past the end of life.  The Food and Drug Administration requests the provisioning of Windows 2019 Servers to support the Citrix Empower 3.6.1 Client and NuGenesis management client re-installations (to replace our current Win2016 Citrix VDA /Empower Client 3.6.1/NuGenesis 9.1 Client app servers). The contractor must be able to provide assistance from the vendor of the Chromatographic Data System (CDS) including setup/installation, configuration, and qualification of the two upgraded Citrix servers that support our laboratories in Irvine, California; Detroit, Michigan; and Jamaica, New York.
