DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a sole source contract to CITRIX Systems, Inc., 851 W. Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. This acquisition is for renewal of CITRIX Software Maintenance. The software being maintained is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of Performance is date of award through 31 May 2011. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
