This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Airdrie (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Emergency Construction for Deep Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The work consists of, but may not be limited to, full emergency construction services of the City water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. These services are on a when required and as needed basis.
