Supply, Delivery, Maintenance, and Repair of Electric, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Actuators The City of Calgary requires a qualified Supplier to provide the supply, delivery, maintenance, repair, refurbishment, replacement, training, and support of various types of actuators on an if, when, and as needed basis. The Supplier must be able to service, maintain and repair current actuators installed at Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment Plants, including but not limited to the following manufacturers: • Bailey • Barksdale • Bettis Corporation • Cowan Dynamics • EIM Controls • Henry Pratt Company • Rotork The Supplier will be expected to provide all required administration, supervision, labour, tools, safety equipment, and incidentals necessary to provide the requirements as detailed in Appendix F - Deliverables and Appendix G - Specifications.
All Proponents must be a registered supplier in the SAP ARIBA Business Network portal to submit a Proposal. To register or log in, go to https://service.ariba.com/. To view the RFP details, click on the event link. To submit a Proposal, a Proponent must navigate to the Event Contents page and use the “Attach a File” link in the “RFX Information and Supplier Submission” section to include their submission response and then use the "Submit Entire Response" button to complete submission of the Proposal. Proposals must be submitted electronically on SAP ARIBA on or before the Submission Deadline. The submission receipt provided electronically by SAP ARIBA upon submission of a Proposal will be the date and time of submission for the purpose of determining whether a Proposal is submitted on or before the Submission Deadline. Proposals that do not comply with the above instructions will not be considered.
