The PEG development includes a rail served development of approximately 896-hectare of land in Rocky View County, adjacent to the city of Calgary’s eastern limits. The PEG FM A project includes the planning and design of a 900 mm, 10.65-kilometer (km) feedermain and meter chamber(s) to provide water servicing for the Prairie Gateway and Shepard Industrial areas, with construction completion targeted for Q4 2029. This project anticipates the following Phases: Phase 1: Preliminary Design Phase 2: Detailed Design and Construction Procurement Phase 3: Contract Administration Phase 4: Commissioning & Project Close-out. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement Letter, the award under this RFP will be for Phase 1 of the Requirements, subject to approval by The City after each Phase. 2.
