The City of Calgary is seeking an independent Owner’s Consultant to support its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Transformation initiative, which aims to modernize its legacy PeopleSoft environment and establish a hybrid ERP ecosystem by 2030. This transformation is grounded in foundational work completed through the ERP Transformation Roadmap (2025), which validated the hybrid approach combining a standardized core ERP platform with governed adjacent systems to ensure end-to-end process integration, data consistency, and effective oversight across Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and IT functions. The Consultant will apply a structured and defensible methodology to analyze the ERP ecosystem, supporting The City through a two-stage procurement process aligned with funding milestones, and must demonstrate proven experience delivering similar engagements for large, complex public sector organizations. The RFP, titled AB-2026-03946, was posted on May 21, 2026, with responses due by June 22, 2026, and is managed by Matilda Oribhabor, the Contracting Authority.
