Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects planned for this contract consist of major maintenance, historical preservation, and service life safety upgrades at various existing City facilities. The Scope of Work for a JOC project may include one or more of the following building systems or components:
Accessibility improvements including accessible route from parking Building envelope components HVAC systems Electrical systems Plumbing systems Interior finishes Exterior finishes Millwork & Cabinetry Roof repair and/or replacement Waterproofing Minor Civil work supporting buildings.
