City of Lethbridge - Request for Quotes - 2026 Asphalt Supply

The City of Lethbridge is seeking a supplier for its 2026 Annual Asphalt mix to support its road rehabilitation and maintenance program. The asphalt mix will be utilized for both routine maintenance and the rehabilitation of selected segments of arterial, collector, and local roads across the city, with the goal of extending pavement life by approximately 15 years. The scope of work includes overlaying, minor and major road repairs, as well as maintaining lanes, pathways, and water infrastructure. The contract requires the successful supplier to provide approximately 21,500 tons of asphalt mix along with 100,000 litres of Tack oil (Type SS1) or an equivalent product to meet the city's 2026 paving and maintenance needs.
