The City of Medicine Hat is seeking qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of wood utility poles on an "as required" basis. All poles shall conform to the requirements outlined in Material Standard ED-MPO-001.02 and shall be supplied in accordance with the pricing and compensation schedules included in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The term of the agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year from execution of contract, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions annually for an additional nine (9) years.
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ARE REQUIRED Bids must be received through the City of Medicine Hat electronic bidding system. Hard copy submissions will not be permitted. All bidders must register as a plan taker to be able to download the bid opportunity documents. Submit your response through the City of Medicine Hat electronic bidding system, in order to be considered as a compliant bidder. Bidders are invited to create a free Vendor account at https://medicinehat.bidsandtenders.ca homepage.
