The bids will be available for the public that same day. CITY OF NANTICOKE DPW POLE BUILDING PLUMBING/HVAC PROJECT The project involves construction and all related to the plumbing, fire suppression, and HVAC work building construction of the newly constructed 100’ x 44’ pole barn for the City of Nanticoke DPW. This work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for a complete installation of the plumbing, fire suppression and hvac for the DPW building, tools, oversight, to complete the installation in the building. All bidding documents will be available online at no cost at www.PennBid.net beginning on August 16, 2025 at 5:00 pm. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. PA Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply to this contract. There are no MBE/WBE requirements for this project.
