The City of Tupelo is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Proposals under solicitation number 2026-037MT for full engineering services to support Phase VIII of the Major Thoroughfare Program. The project involves the widening and improvement of eleven major street segments within Tupelo, Mississippi. The comprehensive scope of work includes the preparation of engineering reports, environmental surveys and impact statements, roadway design, surveying, the creation of plans and specifications, and the testing and inspection of individual segments.
