The City of Richland is soliciting bids for the complete removal and replacement of boiler piping at the City Shops Building 300, which includes furnishing all necessary materials (except those specifically provided by the owner), labor, tools, equipment, and startup testing. This project is a restrictive bid, meaning only contractors who are qualified and currently on the MRSC Small Works Roster under Facilities > Plumbing > Boilers and who have been directly invited by the City of Richland Purchasing Division to bid are eligible to participate. The engineer's estimate for the project ranges between $80,000 and $115,000. Bidders must respond by May 27, 2026, and must have received a direct email invitation from the City's Purchasing Division to be eligible; mere notification through Public Purchase does not guarantee eligibility.
