CITYWIDE GENERAL CONSTRUCTION JOB ORDER CONTRACTING

The City of Phoenix is seeking up to five qualified contractors to provide citywide general construction job order contracting services on an on-call basis. This solicitation, identified as JOC262, involves a five-year contract duration with a maximum value of 50 million dollars per contractor. The scope of work includes pre-construction services, project management, and general construction, specifically including fire, life-safety, and ADA accessibility upgrades. Work is executed through individual Job Order Agreements with agreed-upon scopes, schedules, and prices.
