NOTE: Most of the work will be tree trimming and tree removal from canals and ditches.
This is an acknowledgment that FEMA financial assistance may be used to fund the contract. The awarded contractor must comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, executive orders, FEMA policies, procedures, and directives.
