Clark's Fork Fish Hatchery Residential Roofing Replacement

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game & Fish Department (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on March 7, 2025, for the Clark's Fork Fish Hatchery Residential Roofing project located in Powell, Wyoming. Project Description: new metal roof installation services at two fish hatchery houses, owned by the Agency. Houses are located at the Clark’s Fork Hatchery, Res #2 (30 Hatchery Road) and Res #3 (36 Hatchery Road), Powell, WY 82435. Due to budget constraints, the Agency may choose to award a bid for only one roof replacement, as opposed to both. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. A MANDATORY site visit will be conducted during normal working hours (8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.), between Tuesday, February 18, 2025 and Friday, February 21, 2025. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. MT on February 27, 2025. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on February 27, 2025, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Note: All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. MT on the due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 1:00 p.m. MT deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
