This is specialized client-server software, which enables high-performance analysis of whole genome sequence data. The period of performance will be for 12 months. It is the Government's belief that only one responsible source exists and no other product or services will satisfy the agency's requirement for this proprietary software. This requirement is for the National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Disease (NCEZID). CDC intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
