Description of goods to services to be bid: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to acquire feedback that will assist New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) in developing a competitive solicitation (PON) for clean fuels pilot project (TRL 5 or 6), as well as an associated R&D program (TRL 3-4), to advance clean fuel production opportunities within New York state.
