Cleaning Services for the Embassy of Canada to Guatemala in Guatemala City

The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) consists of a network of 182 Diplomatic and Consular Missions located in 114 countries. The Mission in Guatemala requires cleaning services for the following property: The Chancery building: it is located at 13 calle 8-44, zona 10 EDYMA PLAZA, zona 10, 01010, Guatemala City. It occupies three floors in the building: the sixth, seventh and eighth floors. The total surface area of each floor is 775 square meters for a total of 2,325 square meters of the Chancery. The Cleaning services will be performed at the Chancery building, and occasionally on an as-and-when required basis to maintain the appearance of premises of the Mission in optimal level of hygiene and cleanliness as per industry standards and best practices, thus providing decent working conditions for the occupants of the building. The Contractor must provide all labour, material, cleaning supplies, disinfectants, and equipment necessary to complete the services indicated below.
