The Project consists of the reconstruction of Birch Street, 350 South and Birch Circle. The project will also include utility work (e.g. storm, sanitary sewer, water and irrigation), including work in 750 East.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted.
All who are interested may participate in the bid opening electronically through Zoom Meeting either online: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83784603560or by calling 1 253 215 8782 and entering Meeting ID #83784603560.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 3:00 pm local time on June 4, 2026, at the Project Site (350 South Birch Street). Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged, but not mandatory.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & Associates Consulting Engineers, 6080 Fashion Point Drive, South Ogden, Utah, (801) 476-9767. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing via Bonfire no later than 5:00 pm, June 8, 2026.
