INVITATION FOR BIDS CLEARWATER RANCH PHASE 2 PAVING Sealed bids will be received in a sealed envelope addressed to Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, LTD on behalf of Denton County Municipal Utility District No. 16 (“Owner”) via the project engineer, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. at 6160 Warren Parkway, Suite 210, Frisco, Texas 75034 until 11:30 A.M. on October 20, 2026 and then publicly opened and read, for the work necessary for the Paving of approximately 118 acres in Denton County, Texas. Complete sets of Bidding Documents are available via CivCast at www.civcastusa.com starting September 25, 2026. Certified/Cashier’s check or acceptable bidder’s bonds, payment without recourse to Owner in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of total bid submitted must accompany bid. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be conducted in the office of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. at the address noted above and virtually via Microsoft Teams on October 6, 2026 at 11:00 A.M.
