INVITATION FOR BIDS CLEARWATER RANCH PHASE 2 UTILITIES Sealed bids will be received in a sealed envelope addressed to Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, LTD on behalf of Denton County Municipal Utility District No. 16 (“Owner”) via the project engineer, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. at 6160 Warren Parkway, Suite 210, Frisco, Texas 75034 until 11:00 A.M. on October 20, 2026 and then publicly opened and read, for the work necessary for the Utilities of approximately 118 acres in Denton County, Texas. Complete sets of Bidding Documents are available via CivCast at www.civcastusa.com starting September 25, 2026. Certified/Cashier’s check or acceptable bidder’s bonds, payment without recourse to Owner in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of total bid submitted must accompany bid.
