Superior Ave., Cleveland, OH 4) Donald Pease Federal Building, 143 W. Liberty Street, Medina, OH This service contract includes, but is not limited to, all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment for the services provided, including inspection, testing, and maintenance and monitoring of all fire protection systems. This contract will be solicited as a one (1) year contract with nine (9) additional optional periods of one year each. This is a performance based contract, which focuses on outcomes as opposed to prescriptive requirements.
