Amendment #0002 is hereby issued to cancel solicitation #959P0025Q0017 in its entirety for CMS Next Generation. Therefore, this project will be re-solicited as a fiscal year (FY) 2026 requirement in SAM.gov.

Amendment #0001 is hereby issued for SOL# 959P0025Q0017, CMS Next Generation to provide responses to vendor questions (Attachment C) and the CMS Modernization - PRISM Functional Requirements Document (Attachment D).


The proposal submittal date has changed from September 17, 2025, at 1PM to September 18, 2025, at 1PM (EST).



The performance work statement (PWS) is for Software Development and Software Integration services to modernize Pretrial Services Agency's Client Management System.The scope for the system development and modernization tasks include architecture, data governance, interconnections, network and platform infrastructure, legacy source code, system security and web components. The new features and functionality must be designed and developed to integrate with the existing Azure commercial infrastructure. The scope includes bridge development to ensure backwards compatibility. Modernization must be performed in phases. New capabilities must be deployed over time requiring the legacy system to stay in production until all aspects of the legacy system have been replaced.


Electronic version of Proposals (along with all required documents) must be submitted on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, by 1PM (EST); to the following email address – tamara.brown@psa.gov
