NOTE: The members of Lancaster County Conservancy have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded by the Lancaster County Conservancy.
A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to the Lancaster County Conservancy in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid.
A pre-bid conference will be held at the Shenks Ferry Wildflower Preserve on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 857 Green Hill Rd S, Conestoga, PA 17516. Bidder attendance is mandatory. Interested Bidders will be contacted via PennBid for how to register for the Pre-Bid Conference.

Documentation of such solicitations and commitments shall be submitted concurrently with the bid.
Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
The Contract Time for this project is seventy-five (75) calendar days.
