Description: The VA seeks to lease approximately 12,529 RSF of medical space with a minimum of 70  parking spaces within the delineated area explained below for use as Clinical space.  VA will first consider leased space located in an existing building, then build to suits.


Lease Term: Lease term will be for 10 years, lease extensions will be negotiated separately and are not guaranteed.


Estimated Commencement Date:  On or about the Oct 2026, a later commencement will be considered.
