The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for closing agent services for the sale of HUD-owned single family (1-4) properties in Tampa, Florida. Counties included in this area are the following: Charlotte, Citrus, Collier, Desoto, Glades, Hardee, Henry, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lee, Mantee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota and Sumter. The primary objective is to perform closings of HUD-owned properties within 60 miles of the subject property. The contractor is expected to coordinate with the Asset Manager contractor (AM) to accomplish the closing within the allotted timeframe.
