CLOUD-BASED COMMUNICATIONS PLATFORM

Broward College has issued Request for Information RFI-2026-296-NC to conduct market research for a consolidated, enterprise-grade cloud-based communications platform. The objective is to identify a scalable and secure solution for telephony and video collaboration that supports students, faculty, and staff across physical campus facilities and remote locations. Key technical requirements include support for 5,000 Direct Inward Dial numbers, 2,000 users, 600 standard phones, 500 emergency classroom phones with call recording, and 40 supervisor call center monitoring stations. Additionally, the platform must integrate with the Brightspace Desire 2 Learn LMS to support 50,000 students and virtual meetings for 3,000 employees, while complying with industry security frameworks and accessibility standards, including speech-to-text capabilities. This RFI is issued solely for planning purposes and is not a competitive solicitation process. Interested vendors must submit a single PDF response via the Euna OpenBids portal by October 12, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. ET. Submissions must be organized into four tabs covering an executive summary with five client references, a detailed scope of work, an estimated pricing structure for licensing and implementation, and supplemental materials.
