THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity was competitively awarded under solicitation #: 11-233-SOL-00076 as contract GS-35F-0073U/HHSP2332011000177G to Terremark Federal Group, Inc. CMS issued a modification to the subject GSA task order which requires sole source items for Cloud Computing services. The open market items are required to successfully transition out this contract from Terremark to the awardee of the contractor who won the competition to continue this requirement. If we do not purchase, we will lose access to the Cloud environment and fail to transition out. OAGM determined that Terremark is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
