CMAR RFP - Cyclotron Institute Expansion - College Station, Texas

The Texas A&M University System Office of Facilities Planning and Construction is soliciting proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firm to lead the Cyclotron Institute Expansion at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. The project involves the construction of a new building addition to the southwest of the existing facility to enhance beam line testing capabilities and accommodate a future spectrometer for radiation hardness tests on materials and electronics. The selected firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive pre-construction services, including cost estimates, construction schedules, and constructability guidance, as well as establishing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and performing all complete construction services. The total planning amount for the project is 28,100,000 dollars, which includes an Amount Available for Construction Contract of 23,491,568 dollars.
