This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number Doc4075623381 dated June 28th 2023 with a closing of July 11th 2023 at 14:00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation. The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a Contractor to print the four quarterly editions of the Canadian Military Journal in Canadian English and Canadian French, with an additional option each year to print a fifth special edition. The contract has a period of one year with the irrevocable options to extend the Contract by up to 2 additional 1-year periods. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
