The project requires a contractor to restore a 2010 Altec crane boom assembly on a 2010 Peterbilt 365 (Serial Number 1NPSXUEX5BD118017) to fully operational and mission-ready status. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk has issued solicitation N0018926QL330 for HVAC preventative maintenance and repair services to support NCTAMS LANT at the Naval Satellite Communications Facility Northwest Compound in Chesapeake, Virginia. The requirement involves providing full-service maintenance, initial assessments, and emergency repairs for 16 HVAC units distributed across two sites: Building 352 (10 units) and Building 451 (6 units). The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary labor, parts, materials, tools, and consumables to ensure the continuous and optimal operation of these systems, which are critical to naval communications infrastructure. The contract is structured as a firm-fixed-price arrangement for labor, with travel and materials provided at cost no fee, covering a base year from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with four additional option years through August 31, 2031. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside, eligible for small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.
