This project will design and construct a 83,000-square-foot STEM West facility that will house a portion of the required advanced classrooms, laboratories, simulation spaces, augmented and virtual reality labs, cyber labs, and maker spaces, designed to support approximately 35% of the Academy's STEM curriculum. The STEM West building is a key component of the proposed STEM Hub at the United States Coast Guard Academy, representing a strategic investment in advancing STEM education while preserving the institution's architectural heritage.
