Coastai Development Permit No. 23-045,Mnor Modification No. 25-003, Code Violation No. 24—068, and Categorical Exemption No. 25-175

The City of Malibu has issued Coastal Development Permit No. 23-045, Minor Modification No. 25-003, and Categorical Exemption No. 25-175 for a project located at 6800 Wildlife Road, Malibu, California. This action addresses an after-the-fact interior and exterior remodel of an existing 2,405 square foot single-family residence. The scope of work includes the conversion of a 608 square foot attached garage and covered areas, a 205 square foot single-story addition, and the construction of a 663 square foot detached three-car garage.
