Deliveries for the Army coat are designated to locations in Pendergrass, Georgia, and Lansing, Michigan, while deliveries for the Marine Corps coat are made to Austin, Texas. Production lead times are 165 days after award for the initial delivery and 120 days for subsequent deliveries. Both coat items must comply with the specified military standard CR/PD 03-09 (dated January 28, 2003) and pattern specifications from November 22, 2002.
