The GSA is in the planning stages for a requirement to provide contract support for the Collaborative Learning Environment (CLE) which is a mission critical enterprise system for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) that supports technical training, qualification programs, skills development, online examinations, and international training.  The system provides synchronous and asynchronous learning capabilities, course development tools, analytics, and student progress tracking.
