Amendment 02 - Removing AMD 01 addition to the Statement of work / Revise Question and answer from Amendment 01 Amendment 01 - Adding to the Statement of work/ Question and answers. Health Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to collect, track, transport and dispose of biowaste as well as provide proof of incineration or destruction (upon request). The service includes the pick-up of biowaste from various sites located within the NCR area. This biowaste may contain additional contaminates, such as decayed radiochemical and chemical, which must be incinerated within Canada, at a Secured Landfill Site (SLS).
