In addition, Contractor shall provide a large shade structure, roughly 36'W x 60'L, that will cover the entrances to both the modular units and the storage units. Cover will provide protection during inclement weather. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standard is $39.5 million.
