COLLEGE PRESIDENTIAL SEARCH FIRM

Broward College is seeking a single qualified firm to provide presidential search consulting services under solicitation RLI-2027-008-OA. The selected firm will be responsible for organizing a strategic and broad-reaching search process to attract top candidates for the position of College President. To be eligible, firms must demonstrate at least three years of proven experience in presidential search consulting for institutions of similar size and scope, with a strong preference for experience within the State of Florida. The evaluation process will consider the proposed approach, high-level schedules, management of anticipated challenges, proposed fee structures, past performance references, and any litigation or regulatory actions from the last five years. The solicitation requires electronic submissions via Euna OpenBids by October 22, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. ET. Applicants must provide a detailed approach of no more than ten pages, a comprehensive fee schedule, and a letter of insurability. Compliance with Chapter 112 and Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes is mandatory, including strict adherence to public records laws and candidate confidentiality. Financial capacity will be assessed using the respondent's D-U-N-S number and FEIN. Selected vendors may be required to provide a bid bond of five percent of the proposal amount and a performance and payment bond following the notice of award. Payment terms are approximately thirty days from the receipt of an undisputed invoice.
