This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to secure services to fell approximately 1300 hazardous trees that are marked within the Colter Bay developed area (approximately 205 acres) of Grand Teton National Park. Service provider will safely fell trees, limb and buck trees. Some tree boles will be decked on site and the remaining tree boles will be removed from the site. 200 trees that meet certain dimensions will need to be removed and stored locally, the remaining trees will then need to be removed from the park. Location of these services will be at Colter Bay, in Grand Teton National Park, Teton County, Wyoming. The project performance period will be early summer into late fall. The National Park Service, Grand Teton National Park, WY intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to a single Small Business.
