AMENDMENT 0003. The purpose of this Amendment is to incorporate minor adjustments to the PWS due to unpredictable operational changes. Based on the updated requirements (highlighted in yellow in the PWS 3001 ), the following revisions are made:
- CLIN 0003 -- Update quantity to 3.
- CLIN 0008 -- Split POP (4 June - 14 August) and reduce quantity to 4.
- CLIN 0009 -- Update POP (14 June - 30 July).
- CLIN 0010 -- Split requirement CLIN 0011 -- Update location to Daegu Beach.

This requirement is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, utilizing Simplified Procedures (SP).
*******ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: All sources may submit a quote or quote as applicable. However, the Republic of Korea (ROK)- United States (U.S.) Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), precludes the U.S. Government from granting Invited Contractor or Technical Representative status to any offeror, for this requirement.
