65--Acquisition and Installation of Magnetic Resonance (MR) Linac System for Radiat

The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, is soliciting a Firm-Fixed Price Completion Contract on behalf of the NIH National Cancer Institute for the acquisition and installation of a Magnetic Resonance (MR) Guided Linear Accelerator System. The required system must feature a 1.5 Tesla MR Imaging Scanner integrated with a digital linear accelerator generating a 7 MV photon beam and a 160 leaf multi-leaf collimator, all within a fixed reference coordinate system to ensure images map directly to radiation treatment plans. The scope includes the supply, delivery, and installation of the system at the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, as well as an on-line adaptive planning system consisting of a server and treatment planning/review workstation. The procurement is designated as a small business set-aside under NAICS code 339112. Proposals are due by September 17, 2026, and will be evaluated based on technical acceptability and price reasonableness. The period of performance is one year, from September 28, 2026, to September 27, 2027, with a required one-year warranty.
