Combined Synopsis Solicitation-Microplate Reader

The National Institutes of Health, Office of the Director, is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract for a CLARIOstar Plus microplate reader system under a competitive combined synopsis/solicitation issued pursuant to FAR Subpart 12.6, with no separate written solicitation to follow.
