This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HFP-OLOAS-26-C-B029, issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ).

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT SINGLE SOURCE: The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Atlanta Human and Animal Food Laboratory (ATLHAFL), Nutrient Analysis Branch, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to Leco Corporation, St. Joseph, MI (CAGE OJ626), on a brand-name, single-source basis for one (1) Leco FP928 Boom-Mounted Touchscreen/Autoloader PC Macro Nitrogen Determinator (combustion/Dumas protein analyzer) with delivery, installation, IQ/OQ, operator training, minimum 12-month warranty, and an OEM Gold Maintenance Plan (base period plus four one-year options; period of performance 8/1/2026 through 7/31/2031 if all options are exercised).
