This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 


Solicitation number N68171-26-Q-T010 is issued as a  request for quotation (RFQ) for Logistics and Operational support services in support of Commander Task Force SIX EIGHT (CTF68) to ensure requirements are met for a wide range of expeditionary missions across Europe and Africa Areas of Responsibility.  


This acquisition is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The applicable NAICS is 541990 and the small business size standard is $19.5M. The PSC is R410.    


The attached solicitation file includes a complete list of line-item number(s) and items, with the associated quantities, and units of measure.  Services are required for a one-year base period and include an additional (4) one-year option periods.  


Services are required to commence 09 August 2026 and will be performed onsite at Naval Base Rota, Spain.   


A list of solicitation provisions and contract clauses that apply to the acquisition in accordance with FAR 12.205(a) are included within the attached solicitation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
