The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain food services program for U.S. Government at U.S. Embassy Tallinn for Marine Security Guards at the Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR). Contractor will utilize its own facilities for the preparation, provide individually packed meals of food and deliver them to the residence. Contractor will be responsible for removing used food containers and any uneaten meals from the residence and disposing of them at contractor facilities during meal deliveries. The contract will be for a one-year period, from the date of notice to proceed.


The Contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel that are necessary to accomplish the work in this contract. Contractor employees shall be on site only for contractual duties and not for other business purposes.


1.3       TYPES OF SERVICES


            Shall include the following work:


1.3.1    Contractor will be responsible for providing individually packed lunch and dinner meals for seven people per day (98 meals per week).


1.3.2    Contractor will use own discretion on when to transport meals to the residence in Tallinn. Request is to deliver three times a week.


1.3.3    Contractor will utilize its own operation hours for preparation, packaging, and delivery of food to ensure that (1) lunch and (1) dinner meal is available daily for seven people.


1.3.4    Contractor is encouraged to transport multiple day’s meals every trip to minimize daily transportation of meals.


1.3.5    Contractor will be responsible for removing used food containers and any uneaten meals from the MSGR and disposing of them at contractor facilities during meal deliveries.
