The ELC of Palm Beach County is soliciting commercial janitorial services for four office locations in Florida under solicitation number 26-100, with bids due by June 23, 2026. The contract requires a single vendor to provide daily and deep cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, trash and recyclable removal, deodorizing, rug spot treatment, and electrostatic disinfection across two specified sites—Boynton Beach (9,561 sq. ft.) and Palm Springs (8,964 sq. ft.), with two additional locations not named in detail. Bidders must comply with Florida state statutes including Chapter 119 public records, confidentiality requirements under sections 119.021, 456.057, and Chapters 1002 Parts V and VI, and must retain records for six years post-termination. Mandatory compliance extends to federal regulations such as 2 CFR §200.113 for fraud reporting, Davis-Bacon and Copeland Act wage requirements, E-Verify employment verification, and adherence to Title VII, ADA, and Section 504 anti-discrimination laws. Contractors must maintain $1 million in cyber liability insurance and comprehensive general liability coverage, conduct background screenings per Florida Statutes, notify ELC of employee arrests within ten days, and certify they are not debarred or listed
