The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD) is seeking commissioning services for the construction of the new High Commission of Canada project in Canberra, Australia. Commissioning services will encompass all building systems, including mechanical systems (ventilation, heating and air conditioning), hydraulic systems (water distribution systems, wastewater collection and distribution systems, collection systems and rainwater distribution systems, pumps), as well as mechanically operated systems such as blinds and shading devices powered, electrical infrastructure and distribution, fire protection, vertical transportation and permeability of the building envelope.
