NOTICE OF INTENT Req. H91268-6172-0007 The Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence intends to negotiate on behalf of Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Military Communities and Family Policy with Purdue University, Department of Psychological Sciences, 703 Thi rd Street, PRCE 39, and West Lafayette, IN 47907-2081, on a sole source basis. This requirement will expand the research on commitment beyond merely tracking levels of commitment in Active Duty members, and extends the research to examine the experiences of Reserve and Guard families. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 5.101(a) (1).
