Full Description

The Navy is issuing a contract modification to N00164-04-D-8721 for the addition of repairs and upgrade work to the A2 and A4 modules, for the HVPS to the AN/SLQ-32 System. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division currently has in place contract N00164-04-D-8721 with STC KELTEC Division, 84 Hill Avenue NW, Ft Walton Beach, FL. The Government intends to modify the existing contract to add the additional effort within the Firm Fixed Price IDIQ contract. The contract will still possess a five (5) year ordering period. This procurement will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data rights for the drawings of the system. No hard copies of the modification will be mailed.
